If you missed this past Sunday then you missed a great period of fellowship, worship and study. Jason will be finishing up his series on Philippians this coming Sunday and then Ryan Shelton will be leading a study on “Fireproof” that will run for 6 weeks as well.

I also want to remind you about tonight’s study. We will be looking at what visitors might be looking for in a church home.

This coming Sunday we will be continuing our study of 1 John.

This past Sunday we looked at 1st John 3:1–2 and how great the love of God is that has been lavished upon us. The meaning for us is that we are called to be in the here and now loving people. This life is not a dress rehearsal for something else. Our ministry is right now.

As I mentioned in the sermon I am looking for opportunities to be out in the community for the week of May 18th. My goal is to spend my entire work week doing things outside of the office. If you have any ideas let me know.
