What: A Cookie Exchange!

When: Saturday, December 15th 1:00 to 3:00

Where: The Fellowship Room

What is it:  A cookie exchange is a get together where everyone brings a bunch of the same type of cookie to swap with everyone there. The idea is that you have several dozen cookies to take home for your family, teachers, bus driver, etc. We’re going to do a slight variation on this.

We want to swap enough cookies so that we all can take cookies to neighbors and families that we are wanting to invite to church. Let’s use this as a conversation starter with people who don’t have a home church and are ready to begin or grow in their walk with the Lord!

What do I do?
1. Email Tracy at freeman.tracy@gmail.com that you want to participate and what type of cookie you will be bringing. (We’re doing this so we won’t have everyone show up with Chocolate Chip cookies, but will have some variety. If you would like a type that somebody else has already said that they are baking then I’ll let you know.) I will also put a sign up sheet at church for those of you that don’t like email.
2. Pray and think about the families that you want to bless with the cookies.
2. Bake cookies. A lot of them. Bake at least 6 dozen of the same type of cookie.
3. Bring them with the recipe card to the exchange.
4. Show up at your friends’ door with the cookies and invite them to the most amazing church in town!
